MH Designs Limited offers comprehensive Design and Project Management expertise.

Projects undertaken to date include:

  • Refurbishment of Healthcare Facilities, with particular emphasis on safety and comfort.
  • Refurbishment of Hotels, with particular emphasis on aesthetics, comfort and safety.

We approach each project by firstly identifying the particular needs of the client and secondly, based on our knowledge, expertise and resources, we incorporate comfort, safety and a superior finish to all interior surfaces and furnishings.

We provide this top quality, cost effective, Interior Design Service with efficiency, friendliness, transparency and a willingness to listen to our clients’ needs and ensure that their expectations are met.

We cater for all Fire Ratings on curtains, furniture, flooring and all Health and Safety standards are met at all times in all commercial projects.

We have to date undertaken:

The Forge Restaurant, Charleville; Nursing Homes; Respite Houses; Day Care Centres; Residential Homes for both children and adults; Offices; Gym facilities and much more.

We provide all curtains and bed linen to Nursing Homes and other healthcare facilities which are treated to resist the MRSA organism and other potential damaging infections.

All upholstery fabric can now be fitted water resistant and bacterial resistant, should the client so desire.

 

Hospitality Industry

Ballyroe Heights Hotel Tralee
We have recently completed the refurbishment of a new 40-bedroom extension at this Hotel, in the wonderful setting of the Kerry Mountains. We totally enjoyed working and liaising with John Collins, Owner/Manager in these idyllic surroundings, to assist in the completion of this project in the given timescale.

More recently MH Designs Limited Project Managed the €500,000 refurbishment project at Cork Racecourse, Mallow.

This included upgrading the restaurant, bar area, toilets and foyers. Time was of the essence here as the project had only windows of time in which to be completed, between 4 to 6 weeks at any given time.

We are proud to say the facilities at Cork Racecourse, Mallow, are on a par if not superior to any found in Racing Circles anywhere in the world.

Since the successful completion of the 1st Stage of Cork Racecourse, Mallow, we have undertaken and completed the 1st Stage of the Tipperary Racecourse upgrade. This has just been completed and opened to the public recently.

Nano Nagle Visitor Centre and holiday homes KIllavullen, Mallow, Co. Cork
We were privileged to work with The Presentation Sisters on the newly designed Visitors Centre and holiday bungalows for visitors in the idyllic setting on the Banks of the Blackwater River where Nano Nagle was born.
